• All prices shown are based on the metropolitan area price list, unless otherwise stated.
• All packages shown in any advertising material and medium, all details are for illustration  and advertising purposes only.
• Always refer to contract documentation for details, terms, conditions, fees and government charges which may apply.
• Any promotional offers are only available on packages as advertised.
• 18 Week Build Time is on single storey and selected designs only at the discretion of the Builder. Build time commences at footing pour. Standard HIA contract conditions apply.
• Rent payment is $300 per week maximum.
• Price may vary depending on selections, engineering, plan details,  council requirements, estate planning encumbrances, any governing body representatives who’s approval is required.
• Where prices are indicated as being inclusive of First Home Buyers discount, the price applies to eligible purchasers only. Some prices shown may also include Builders deposit.
